55th Time is a Charm

I have other blogs. I wanted a fresh start. A new focus. 

It's a new week. Starting it off with a visit to the doctor, and then a trip to the store, then back to work. My beloved starts a new schedule at work, so we'll finally be able to eat dinner together again, which means I have to bust out my cooking skills again. Admittedly, when it's just me, I don't cook all that much. I food prep on Sunday, and then meander my way through. Time to get back to making real meals. 

This week, I'll be putting some concerted effort into learning how to use my new graphics tablet. Also, based on performance lately, I'm thinking it might be time to upgrade to the fiber internet that has recently been installed in our neighborhood. Speed is of the utmost essence. 

Today is my third day of scale-free living. Remains to be seen if I will look when I get weighed at the doctor's office. Regardless, at home, I am done and it feels good to break out of that particular prison. However, the point of the fresh start was not to talk about all that, so I won't. 

In the spirit of organization, I started a menu board on Pinterest, but didn't get too far with it. Not diving too deep into the chewy foods yet, as my beloved is still recovering from a recent tooth extraction and sticking with softer fare for at least another week. 

Enough of the mundane. Let's talk about here. I'm about to embark on my 55th year on this planet. Hence the title of this post. When it comes to the name of this new blog, according to the Free Dictionary, here's the definition of "Polar:" 

Referring to the uneven distribution of positive and negative charges in small molecules, resulting in an electric dipole moment.

I can definitely relate to uneven distribution, especially when it comes to Zen. Come to think of it, the blog title really isn't all that befitting of me, personally, but it works for the moment. I'm not here to win traffic or SEO trophies, therefore, it's what we're stuck with until I think of something better. 

In other news, I have opened up shop at Creative Fabrica, where I am selling digital products. For now, it's digital paper, which can either be printed, or used in web design, or for making print-on-demand stuffs. It looks like this: 

Sky's the limit. I have no clue what other things I'll create, but I am having an excellent time making the paper, and learning how to market, and all the fun things. 

I don't have a clue what I'll write about here or how often, but I just wanted to reboot, and stop focusing on the obsessions. There's this period of feeling a little lost when you change your mindset. That's where I'm at. I don't know in which direction to head. Fun for you, dear reader, as no two posts will probably be the same! Keeps you on your toes.
